The Problem

Your parking strip is costing you money and water.

That narrow strip of grass between your sidewalk and the street is the hardest piece of lawn to keep alive. It bakes in the sun, gets hammered by foot traffic, and guzzles water you're paying for.

Most Utah homeowners are stuck choosing between an eyesore and an ever-growing water bill. There's a better way.

Higher water bills

Your monthly bill keeps climbing while the lawn keeps dying.

Wasted water

Thousands of gallons disappear into a strip of grass that's almost impossible to keep alive.

Constant upkeep

Always browning, full of weeds, and a pain to mow week after week.

Bad curb appeal

A patchy, dying strip drags down the look of your entire home.

Why Homeowners Love It

Save money. Save water. Look amazing.

Get Paid Up Front

Rebates of up to $3/sq ft can cover most of the project cost.
